Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma tvorby podnikatelského plánu. Na tuto problematiku pohlížím jak z teoretického hlediska tak i z praktického. V teoretické části vytvářím jakýsi univerzální manuál pro tvorbu podnikatelského plánu. V praktické se pak věnuji tvorbě konkrétního byznys plánu. Popisovaná podnikatelská příležitost se týká provozu webového portálu pro poptávku IT služeb.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on developing a business plan. This issue will be analysed from both a theoretical and a practical point of view. In the theoretical part I am creating a kind of universal manual for creating a business plan. In the second part I deal with the creation of a specific business plan.
