Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá testamenty obyvatel královského města Nymburka z let 1549-1708. Využívá přitom zápisů nejstarších dvou knih testamentů z let 1549-1595 a 1617-1708, testamenty zapsané do knih radních protokolů z let 1662-1707 a spisového materiálu. Důraz je kladen na diplomatický a paleografický rozbor knih testamentů, formální rozbor posledních vůlí, testamentární praxi, studium rodinných …more
Abstract:
This thesis deals with last wills and testaments of inhabitans of the royal town of Nymburk in between years 1549-1708. Main archival sources were two oldest municipal books of last wills and testaments from years 1549-1595 and 1617-1708, of last wills and testaments written in the books of town council from 1662-1707 and those kept in files.
