Current issues of the Czech citizenship focused on decision-making of the public administration and judicial bodies
Abstract:
Cílem disertační práce je vymezit, popsat a kriticky komplexně nahlédnout na řízení a rozhodování o nabývání a pozbývání, zjišťování a prokazování státního občanství České republiky, zabývat se aktuálními problémy spjatými s touto tématikou a komparovat je s vybranými zahraničními zeměmi.
Abstract:
This doctoral thesis aims to define, describe and critically and completely look at the process and decision taking of acquisition and loss, determination and attestation of the czech citizenship considering the most actual problems joint to this topic and its comparison to the foreign countries.
