Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou interakcí léčiv s grapefruitovou šťávou. Teoretická část se věnuje historii, botanické charakteristice a nejznámějším odrůdám grapefruitu. Podrobněji je rozebírána otázka obsahových látek grapefruitové šťávy, které mají vztah k možným interakcím, a to především v souvislosti s metabolizací přes cytochrom P450. The thesis deals the drug–grapefruit interactions. The first part contains the history, the botanical characterisation and best-known varieties of grapefruit. The content of substances of grapefruit juice related interactions was analysed, especially related with metabolism via cytochrome P450.
