Predkladaná diplomová práca analyzuje činitele determinujúce zadlženosť podniku. Práca sa skladá zo štyroch častí. Po krátkej charakteristike podniku Poľnohospodárske družstvo so sídlom v Liptovskom Mikuláši sú podrobne charakterizované ukazovatele zadlženosti podniku.
