Bakalářská práce na téma "Interní komunikace v zařízení dlouhodobé péče" je rozdělena na dvě části. První část teoretická vysvětluje pojem komunikace, zabývá se komunikací v organizaci a následně zdravotnickém zařízení, popisuje manažerské komunikační dovednosti a poukazuje na komunikaci nefungující.
