Tato bakalářská práce se především zaměřuje na analýzu kuchařských knih vydaných v letech 1948-1956. Nastiňuje ale také období socialismu, ve kterém se kuchařské knihy vydávaly.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis mainly focuses on the analysis of cookbooks published between 1948-1956. It also outlines the period of socialism, in which cookbooks were published.
