Analysis of Baby Friendly Hotels in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

PISKUROVÁ, Zuzana. Analysis of Baby Friendly Hotels in the Czech Republic [Bachelor's Thesis] Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague: 2019. 54 pages. Bachelor Thesis deals with the analysis of baby friendly hotels in the Czech Republic. The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate the offer of accommodation facilities for families with children in the Czech Republic. A hypothesis has been established to achieve the main goal of the thesis. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and suggestional. The theoretical part introduces the classification of accommodation facilities in the Czech Republic as well as collective accommodation facilities. The following is the issue of traveling families with children and social tourism. The issue of supporting families traveling with children and the nature of the certification of these hotels will certainly not go unnoticed. The analytical part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of services offered by the baby-friendly hotels in the Czech Republic. SWOT analysis and comparison of selected hotels were used in the analysis. The proposal section outlines specific proposals and recommendations derived from the results of the analytical part of the thesis.

PISKUROVÁ, Zuzana. Analýza baby friendly hotelov v rámci Českej republiky [Bakalárska práca] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2019. 54 strán. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou babyfriendly hotelov v rámci Českej republiky. Hlavným cieľom bakalárskej práce je zhodnotiť ponuku ubytovacích zariadení pre rodiny s deťmi v Českej republike. Na dosiahnutie hlavného cieľa práce bola stanovená hypotéza. Práca je rozdelená na tri časti, a to na časť teoretickú, analytickú a návrhovú. V teoretickej časti je predstavená klasifikácia ubytovacích zariadení v Českej republike a taktiež hromadné ubytovacie zariadenia. Nasleduje problematika cestovania rodín s deťmi a sociálny cestovný ruch. Bez povšimnutia určite nezostane ani problematika podpory cestovania rodín s deťmi a podstata certifikácie týchto hotelov. Analytická časť práce je zameraná na rozbor ponuky služieb zo strany babyfriendly hotelov v Českej republike. V rámci analýzy bola využitá SWOT analýza a komparácia vybraných hotelov. V návrhovej časti sú uvedené konkrétne návrhy a odporúčania vyvodené z výsledkov plynúcich z analytickej časti práce.
