Tato práce se zabývá různými způsoby nabývání státního občanství České republiky. Analyzuje nabývání státního občanství automaticky ze zákona, udělením státního občanství i nabytí státního občanství prohlášením. This thesis focuses on various modes of acquisition of citizenship of the Czech Republic. It analyses automatic acquisition ex lege, acquisition by naturalisation and by declaration. It reflects various acquisition modes through history since 1918 Czechoslovakia till today. Recent legislation is presented in context with other European norms.
