The system of protection of public order and security at the local level - ways and means of improvement

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit ochranu veřejného pořádku, úroveň užitých mechanických prostředků ochrany vybrané lokality. Analyzuje aktuální stav a navrhuje možná zlepšení k zabezpečení veřejného pořádku a bezpečnosti vzhledem k nízké úrovni zabezpečení vybrané lokality. Na konci praktické části jsou uvedeny konkrétní návrhy zlepšení ochrany měkkých cílů za použití moderních prostředků ochrany. V závěru práce jsou popsány odpovědi na výzkumné otázky, které reflektují poznatky získané analýzou a šetřením na místě.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the goal of evaluate the protection of public order, the level of mechanical means used to protect the selected locality. Analyzes the current condition and proposes possible improvements to protection of public order and security in relation to the low security level of the selected location. At the end of the practical part, are mentioned concrete proposals to improve the protection of targets using modern means of protection. At the end of the thesis, answers to research question are described, which reflect the findings obtained by analysis and on-the-spot investigation.
