State budget - important part of the public finance

Abstract:

The present thesis is focused on the state budget and its role in public finance. Public finances and the state budget are issues that still enter into new dimensions. One of the factors impact on public finances and the whole part of the evolving process of international economic integration. Public sector, its nature, public finances, their characteristics and functions of the first chapter deals with the work. It also contains the characteristics of public revenue – tax and nontax as well as public expenditure. The second chapter analysis the state budget as an economic category, the functions of budgetary principles and its income and expenditure. The final, third chapter focuses on the fiscal imbalance. Inform the budget surplus and deficit, public debt and also the problem of fiscal imbalance. The work is to analyse the state budget as part of government and define the circumstances on which it depends.

Abstract:

Predkladaná bakalárska práca je obsahovo zameraná na štátny rozpočet a jeho úlohu vo verejných financiách. Verejné financie a štátny rozpočet sú problematikou, ktorá stále nadobúda nové rozmery. Jedným z faktorov vplyvu na verejné financie a celú ich súčasť je rozvíjajúci sa proces medzinárodnej ekonomickej integrácie. Verejným sektorom, jeho podstatou, verejnými financiami, ich charakteristikou a funkciami sa zaoberá prvá kapitola práce. Obsahuje tiež charakteristiku verejných príjmov – daňových aj nedaňových a tiež verejných výdavkov. Druhá kapitola analyzuje štátny rozpočet ako ekonomickú kategóriu, jeho funkcie, rozpočtové zásady a jeho príjmy a výdavky. Záverečná, tretia kapitola je zameraná na fiškálnu nerovnováhu. Informuje o rozpočtovom prebytku a deficite, verejnom dlhu a tiež o problémoch fiškálnej nerovnováhy. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je analyzovať štátny rozpočet ako súčasť verejných financií a definovať okolnosti, od ktorých je závislý.
