Cílem práce je analýza zavádění a využívání metody FMEA ve vybraném podniku s vyhodnocením jejich přínosů a nákladů a optimalizace stávajícího využití metody. Teoretická část shrnuje koncepty systémů řízení kvality a popisuje vybrané nástroje. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the implementation and use of FMEA in the company with evaluation of its costs and benefits and to optimize its use. The theoretical part summarizes concepts of quality management systems and describes selected tools.
