"Desítka pro domácí" - Political movement of football fans from Prague 10

Abstract:

Politické hnutí Desítka pro domácí bylo založeno v červnu 2010 fotbalovými fanoušky klubů Bohemians 1905 a SK Slavia Praha za účelem záchrany tradičního fotbalového stadionu s názvem Ďolíček. V komunálních volbách konaných v říjnu 2010 získala Desítka tři mandáty v zastupitelstvu Prahy 10. Cílem této práce je komplexní analýza Desítky pro domácí od důvodů jejího založení až po etablování hnutí na scéně komunální politiky na Praze 10 a nalezení odpovědi na otázku, zda může být Desítka pro domácí považována za hnutí spadající do konceptu tzv. „single-issue“ strany.

Abstract:

Political movement „Desítka pro domácí“ was founded in June 2010 by football fans of clubs Bohemians 1905 and SK Slavia Praha to save the traditional football stadium named Ďolíček. In municipal elections held in October 2010 „Desítka“ gained three seats in municipal council of Prague 10. The aim of this thesis is a comprehensive analysis of „Desítka pro domácí“ since its inception to establishment of the movement on the scene of local politics in Prague 10 and to find the answer on the question, if „Desítka pro domácí“ can be regarded as a movement within the concept of „single-issue“ party.
