Bachelor thesis is focused on a financial plan of a a business company which sells spare parts for trucks. The first chapter analyzes theoretical information source of preparing a financial plan and methodics of financial analysis. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vypracovaním finančného plánu obchodnej spoločnosti podnikajúcej v oblasti predaja náhradných dielov pre nákladnú dopravu. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické východiská zostavenia finančného plánu a metodiku finančnej analýzy. Druhá kapitola analyzuje finančnú situáciu v podniku za obdobie rokov 2010 až 2012.
