Tato práce chronologicky popisuje vývoj v oblasti centrálního bankovnictví na českém území od roku 1918 až do počátku německé okupace v roce 1939. This bachelor thesis chronologically describes the evolution of central banking on Czech territory from 1918 until the beginning of the German occupation in 1939. In the first section I analyze dysfunctional monetary conditions in the newly established Czechoslovakia, which were a legacy of the Austro-Hungarian Bank and its issuance activity during the First World War.
