The Study of Adhesive Joint Wood - Composite

Abstract:

Moje diplomová práce se zabývá studiem adheze lepeného spoje dřevo kompozit s použitím epoxidové a polyesterové pryskyřice. Cílem práce je vybrat vhodnou skladbu kompozitu a sledovat mechanické vlastnosti jednotlivých skladeb kompozitu se zaměřením na adhezi dýha - matrice skelná tkanina. Teoretická část této práce je věnována obecné charakteristice kompozitu a dřevokompozitu se zaměřením na zkoušky adheze. Praktická část je rozdělena do čtyř částí, odvíjejících se od jednotlivých mechanických druhů zkoušek. V závěrečné části jsou výsledky shrnuty a diskutovány s ohledem na možné změny.

Abstract:

My diploma thesis studies adhesis of glued joint timber composite while using epoxy and polyester rasin. The objective of this thesis is to choose suitable architecture of composite and to observe mechanical properties of individual composite sctructures with focus on adhesion veneer resin glass fabric. Theoretical part of my thesis is dedicated to general characteristic of composite and wood-composite with focus on adhesis examinations. Practical part is divided to four parts, depending on particular mechanical types of examinations. In final part the results of are sumed up and discused with regard to possible changes.
