The State Fire Supervision and its Activity during the Construction

Abstract:

Anotace Bakalářské práce Bakalářská práce informuje o činnosti orgánů a institutů působících na úseku územního plánování a stavebního řádu a rozebírá jejich vzájemnou součinnost a spolupráci. Přímo pak představuje činnost orgánů státního požárního dozoru nejen v obecné rovině, ale zejména v oblasti posuzování stavební dokumentace (stavební prevence) k novým i měněným stavbám ve vztahu na nově přijaté právní úpravy stavebního zákona a souvisejících právních předpisů. Popisuje a rozebírá proces přípravy a realizace staveb, vztah dotčeného orgánu státního požárního dozoru k územnímu plánování a stavebnímu řádu. Výsledek a těžiště práce směřuje k očekávání a dosavadním poznatkům od nově přijaté právní úpravy stavebního zákona a souvisejících zvláštních právních předpisů. Rozebírá vedle mých připomínek a názorů na popsanou tématiku, také reakce zaměstnanců stavebního úřadu a příslušníků hasičského záchranného sboru vykonávajících činnost na úseku státního požárního dozoru.

Abstract:

Annotation of Bachelor’s degree thesis The bachelor's degree thesis brings information on the activities of the authorities and institutes operating in the field of territorial planning and the building code and analyzes their mutual assistance and cooperation. It directly presents the activities of the bodies of the state fire protection supervision not only at a general level but, in particular, in the area of the assessment of building documentation (building prevention) regarding both new and altered constructions in relation to the newly adopted legal provision of the Building Act and the related legal regulations. It describes and analyzes the process of preparation and implementation of constructions, the relation of the relevant state fire supervision body to territorial planning and the building code. The result and focus of the work is aimed at the expectations and knowledge so far from the newly adopted legal regulation of the Building Act and the related special legal regulations. Besides my comments and opinions on the described topic, it analyzes also the responses of the employees of the building office and the members of the rescue fire brigade conducting their activities in the area of the state fire supervision.
