V této diplomové práci se věnuji popisu cyklických a acyklických oligomerů glykolurilu. V teoretické části je popsána jejich syntéza a supramolekulární vlastnosti. Samostatnou kapitolu tvoří substituované cucurbit[n]urily. Abstract:
In this thesis I deal with cyclic and acyclic oligomers of glycoluril. Theoretical part describes their synthesis and supramolecular properties. Substituted cucurbit[n]urils are summarized in separate chapter. Experimental part describes synthesis of glycoluril hexamer, which is consequently used as a reactant for the synthesis of cucurbit[6]urils monofunctionalized on a metylene bridge.
