Sortiment analysis of quality standards of orange wines on the Czech market

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se v literárním přehledu zabývá základními informacemi o révě vinné, biodynamickým zemědělstvím a vznikem biodynamických vín, dále základními informacemi o oranžovém víně, výrobou i jeho původem. Další část je potom věnována snoubení jídla s vínem s důrazem na vína oranžová. V experimentální části byla provedena analýza sortimentu a ceny oranžových vín na trhu českých i zahraničních producentů. Dále byla stanovena antioxidační kapacita pomocí dvou metod a obsah veškerých polyfenolů u vybraných 10 vzorků oranžových vín.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is in literary overview occupied with grapevine, biodynamic agriculture and the genesis of biodynamic wines in general, furthermore basic information about orange wine, its production and its origin. A minor part is devoted to the connection between food and wine, with an emphasis on orange wines. In the experimental part, an analysis of orange wines of the Czech and foreign producers was conducted. Furthermore the content of all polyphenols was determined as well as the antioxidant capacity using two methods. Ten samples of orange wine have been selected for this part.
