Abstract:

Cílem mé práce je orientace mezi cizími zdroji financování podnikových investic, které jsou v České republice nejvíce využívány. Jsou to bankovní úvěry a leasing. V dnešní době snahy zvyšování hodnoty podniků a budování silnější pozice na trhu jdou ruku v ruce s tímto trendem investice, které jsou právě hlavním motorem k dosažení těchto cílů. Investice mohou být financovány pouze z vlastních zdrojů, avšak efektivitu z hlediska rentability můžeme stimulovat právě cizími zdroji. V této práci se snažím zohlednit a poukázat na výhody a nevýhody úvěrů a leasingu, na jejich druhy a možnosti, které nabízejí, ale zabývám se i možnými riziky a jejich eliminací. V aplikační části využívám úvěrové financování i finanční leasing v praxi, kde se nesnažím komparovat bankovní úvěr s leasingem, ale dvě alternativy projektu, které se liší jak financováním, tak strukturou pořizované investice. Ovšem se stejným cílem – zefektivnit své podnikání. Poukazuji na možná rizika a možnosti. Touto prací se snažím ukázat jakýsi ucelený návod k pořízení investice s pomocí bankovního úvěru a leasingu.

Abstract:

The objective of this paper is focused on the foreign sources of the most used financing options in corporate investments in Czech Republic. Generally it is known, that bank loan and financial lease are recognized as the foreign sources. Nowadays, corporations‘ effort is to increase the business value and build the stronger marketing positioning and therefore this investment trend goes hand in hand with achieving their business goals. The investment can be financed either with own resources, or from the profitability viewpoint, to be embraced by foreign sources. In this paper, we will determine and highlight the advantages and disadvantages of bank loans and financial lease, on their aspects and offering possibilities. We will also stress out their potential risks and their limitations. In the practical charter we are using debt and financial lease solutions we have experienced in practice. We will not compare bank loans and financial lease in this chapter; we will present both as two alternative options, differs in funding features and structure of the acquired investment, which should be considered in the investment plans of any corporation. The goal in this matter is the same, to streamline the business. Business risks and opportunities are highlighted in this chapter as well. This paper is meant to be a comprehensive guideline in financing decision of certain assets with bank loans and financial lease.
