Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce Podnikatelský plán a strategie malého a středního podniku v oblasti e-businessu je rozbor problémových oblastí, které existují v souvislosti s fungováním a řízením podniku a razantně ovlivňují jeho budoucí úspěch. První část je zaměřena na popis těchto rizikových činností a jsou zde představeny způsoby a alternativy, jak s nimi správně pracovat. V druhé části jsou získané poznatky převedeny do praxe a zasazeny do reálného řídícího procesu v konkrétní vybrané podnikatelské organizaci. Výstupem práce je návrh konkrétní strategie malého podniku pohybujícího se v oblasti elektronického obchodování.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis Business plan and strategy of a small company in the e-business field is the analysis of problem areas which exist in connection with functioning and controlling a company and which influence the future success of the company. The first part is focused on the description of these risk activities and there are introduced ways and options how to correctly work with them. In the second part is the obtained knowledge put into the practice and to the real managing action in the concrete business organization. The result of the work is the proposal of the concrete strategy of the small company in the e-business field.
