Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza konkurenčního prostředí Clarion Congress Hotel České Budějovice aplikací strategických metod. Konkrétně se jedná o Porterův model pěti sil, analýzu konkurence, strategickou mapu, strategické hodiny a SWOT analýzu.
