Cílem bakalářské práce je objasnit situaci a postavení nezletilých dlužníků v právním řádu s návazností na schválené novely občanského zákoníku a dalších příslušných zákonů. Práce rozebírá odpovědnost dětí za své dluhy a s tím související rozsah svéprávnosti nezletilých. Práce se rovněž zabývá vlivem tzv. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to clarify the situation and position of minor debtors in the legal system in connection with the approved amendments to the Civil Code and other relevant laws. The work analyzes the responsibility of children for their debts and the related extent of juveniles' autonomy.
