Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou podpor malého a středního podnikání {--} projekty v oblasti rozvoje lidských zdrojů za účelem podpořit konkurenceschopnost firem. V teoretické části přibližuji problematiku podpor malého a středního podnikání, strukturál-ních fondů v České republice a programů rozvoje lidských zdrojů. V praktické části zdůvodňuji potřebnost zvyšování kvalifikace zaměstnanců a zaměstnava-telů a navrhuji projekty s touto tématikou. Závěr mé práce přibližuje možnosti dalšího využití programů podpor malého a středního podnikání v nadcházejícím sedmiletém období strukturálních fondů 2007 {--} 2013.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with supports of small and medium enterprises {--} projects in the area of human resources development with the aim to support the firm competitiveness. The theoretical part outlines the supports of small and medium enterprises, structural funds in the Czech Republic and human resources development programmes. The practical part gives reasons for the necessity to increase the qualification of employees and employers and puts forward projects within this theme. The conclusion of my thesis studies the possibilities of further exploitation of programmes of supports of small and medium enterprises in the following seven{--}year period 2007{--}2013 of structural funds.
