Bakalářská práce, na téma marketingová situační analýza, je zpracovaná pro společnost J. P. S. - Zmrzlinové stroje, s.r.o., která sídlí ve Znojmě. Společnost se orientuje na prodej a pronájem zmrzlinových strojů a strojů na výrobu ledové tříště a také na jejich servis.
