Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje implementaci projektového řízení do liniových struktur reálné organizace. Na průběhu skutečného projektu vývoje informačního systému je popsána zvolená metodika zavedení projektového řízení.
Abstract:
This thesis was aimed at the implementation of project management into the linear structures of a real organization. The selected methodology of the implementation of project management is described using the course of an actual project of information system development.
