Práce se zabývá právní úpravě „Vyloučení člena statutárního orgánu z výkonu funkce“. Primárně komparaci právní úpravy tohoto institutu účinné do 31.12. 2020 a novelizovaného znění účinného od 1.1. 2021. The thesis deals with the legal regulation "Expulsion from Office of a Member of the Statutory Body of a Business Corporation". Primarily a comparison of the legal regulation of this institute effective until 31.12.2020 and the amended wording effective from 1.1.2021.
