Common disease in the oral cavity and knowledge about childrens dental health

Abstract:

Anotace Diplomová práce pojednává o onemocnění v dutině ústní – u dětí se jedná především o zubní kaz, který patří mezi nejčastější lidské onemocnění. Příčinou je především nevhodná strava a důsledek špatné hygieny. Děti samy mohou a jsou schopny od mladšího věku toto ovlivnit včasnou prevencí. Na prevenci a informovanost se podílí řada faktorů, převážně rodina a škola. Diplomová práce je zaměřena především na zjištění, do jaké míry působí školní prevence a preventivní programy na znalosti žáků, které dále ovlivňují jejich postoje a chování k zubnímu zdraví. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o lidském chrupu, častých onemocněních dutiny ústní a možnostech jejich přecházení. Jsou zde představeny preventivní programy, které se zabývají touto problematikou, projekt „Škola podporující zdraví“ a RVP ZV jako závazný rámec vzdělávání ve škole se zaměřením na výchovu ke zdraví. V části praktické jsou zpracovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjištění a porovnání znalostí ohledně zubního zdraví u žáků školy s programem „Škola podporující zdraví“, kde byl zaveden projekt „Zdravé zuby“, běžné školy bez projektu „Zdravé zuby“, běžné školy s projektem „Zdravé zuby“. Další výzkumné šetření nám dává podklady ke zjištění, do jaké míry se změní znalosti a návyky žáků vlivem uskutečněného projektu „Zdravé zuby“. Součástí praktické části je analýza materiálů projektu „Zdravé zuby“ a prezentace pro rodiče s tématem prevence zubního zdraví dětí.

Abstract:

Abstract This thesis deals with diseases of the oral cavity - in children is primarily dental caries , which are among the most common human diseases. This is due to poor diet and a result of poor hygiene . Children themselves can and are able to influence the younger timely prevention. The prevention and awareness involving many factors , mainly family and school . The thesis is focused on the findings , to what extent the school-based prevention and prevention programs to students' knowledge , which in turn influence their attitudes and behavior towards dental health. The theoretical part contains basic information on human teeth , frequent diseases of the oral cavity and the possibilities of their crossing. It presents prevention programs that deal with this issue , Healthy School and FEP as a binding framework for education in the school with a focus on health education . In the practical part are processed results of a survey that aimed to identify and compare the knowledge about the dental health of school pupils with school programs that support health , where it was introduced Project Healthy teeth regular school project without healthy teeth , regular schools with Project Healthy teeth. Further research survey gives us the basis to determine the extent to which changes in knowledge and habits of pupils of the project is due to healthy teeth . The practical part of the project materials analysis Healthy teeth and presentations for parents with the theme of prevention of dental health of children.
