Optimization of the cutting of upholstery fabrics and technical textiles

Anotace:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou dělení potahových a technických textilií. Teoretická část práce se věnuje technologickému úseku dělení čalounických textilií včetně historie používaných nástrojů a strojů a tvorby střihů a střihových plánů. Součástí je rovněž analýza soudobých textilií a jejich uplatnění dle platné legislativy a technických norem, analýza spotřebitelských očekávání na střih potahu čalouněného výrobku a analýza soudobých CNC dělicích plotrů a používaných softwarů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na vlastní návrh metodiky tvorby technologického postupu dělení potahových a technických textilií soudobými způsoby dělení včetně optimalizace při využití CNC dělicích strojů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of cutting of upholstery fabrics and technical textiles. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the technological part of cutting upholstery textiles, including the history of the tools and machines used and the creation of cuts and cutting plans. It also contains an analysis of modern textiles and their applications according to current legislation and technical standards, an analysis of consumer expectations for the cut of upholstery coverings and an analysis of modern CNC cutters and the software used. The practical part focuses on the own design of the methodology of creating a technological process of cutting upholstery fabrics and technical textiles by modern cutting methods, including optimization using CNC cutters.
