Abstract:

Bakalářská práce bude zaměřena na prosociální chování a altruismus u pedagogů na základních školách prvního a druhého stupně. Metodou výzkumu budou anonymní dotazníky, které budou předávány do základních škol v písemné podobě. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části budou definovány pojmy altruismus, prosociální chování, efekt přihlížejících, motivace a empatie, důvody proč a kdy nepomáháme a pomáháme ostatním, jaké náklady jsou spojeny s prosociálním chováním a altruismem a komu máme větší tendenci pomáhat. Praktická část vychází z výsledků dotazníkové šetření. Cílem výzkumu bude zjistit, zdali se u učitelů a učitelek na základních školách vyskytuje prosociální a altruistické chování.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on prosocial behavior and altruism in primary and secondary school teachers. The research is based on anonymous questionnaires that were sent to primary schools in written form. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the terms altruism, prosocial behavior, the effect of onlookers, motivation, and empathy, describes the reasons why and when we do not help or help the others, what costs are associated with prosocial behavior and altruism, and to whom we have a greater tendency to help. The practical part is based on the results of the questionnaire survey. The research aims to find out whether there are prosocial and altruistic behaviors in primary school teachers.
