Relationship between teacher and pupil and its influence on educative process

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vztahu mezi učitelem a žákem. Zaměřuji se především na jeho vliv na výchovně vzdělávací proces. V teoretické části pojednávám nejprve o potřebě vztahů v obecnější rovině, dále se zabývám učitelem a žákem. Uvádím zásady a rady, které napomáhají k navázání a rozvíjení dobrých vztahů a zároveň slouží jako prevence častých chyb, které vztahu škodí. Praktická část práce vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu mezi učiteli a žáky, pro nějž jsem použila metodu etnografického interview. Zajímaly mě jejich názory prověřené léty praxe. Dále se soustřeďuji na vztahy na konkrétním církevním gymnáziu, zdali jsou odlišné a jaké by mohly být příčiny. Ukazuje se, že vztahy obecně jsou dnes komplikovanou záležitostí. Původ má vše v rodině.V závěru práce shrnuji poznatky z výzkumu i své osobní zkušenosti.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis deals with the teacher-pupil relationship. I primarily focus on its impact on the educational process. In the theoretical part I analyse the need of relationships in general, then I concentrate on the teacher and the pupil. Further, I mention some principles and suggestions that can help to establish and develop a good relationship and that serve at the same time as prevention of common mistakes damaging the relationship. The practical part of the thesis is based on the qualitative research concerning teachers and pupils; for this research I used the method of ethnographical interview. I was interested in teachers' opinions based on many years of experience. The last part of my research focuses on the relationships at a particular catholic high school, on whether these relationships are different and if so, what might be the reason of these differences. In general, relationships appear to be a complex issue today and this complexity originates in the family. At the end of the thesis I summarize the knowledge gained in the research as well as my personal experience.
