Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem akutní pankreatitidy a ostatních specifických typů diabetu mellitu. V první kapitole teoretické části je popsána anatomie a fyziologie slinivky břišní. Druhá kapitola se věnuje samotné akutní pankreatitidě, tedy její patogenezi, etiologii, klinickým příznakům, klasifikaci, diagnostice, terapii, ale taktéž preventivní a léčebné výživě. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of acute pancreatitis and other specific types of diabetes mellitus. The anatomy and physiology of pancreas is described in the first chapter of theoretical part.
