Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na definování a formalizaci procesní struktury organizační struktury podniku HAK Profi jako východisko pro výstavbu a implementaci informačního systému podniku včetně návrhu optimalizace tohoto procesu. Využijí se moderní metody a technologie pro tvorbu modelu, který bude založen na analýze procesů a sběru dat prostřednictvím kvalitativních rozhovorů se zaměstnanci. Cílem práce je identifikace klíčových faktorů ovlivňujících vnitřní procesy firmy HAK Profi s.r.o. a navržení řešení pro jejich optimalizaci. Výstupy z práce umožní vylepšit vnitřní procesy firmy HAK Profi s.r.o. a přispějí k úspěšné realizaci projektu sjednocení informačního systému. Práce využívá moderní přístupy v oblasti procesního managementu a BPMN jazyka v programu Bizagi pro tvorbu modelu s vysokou přesností a detailností. Celkově lze tuto diplomovou práci považovat za přínosný zdroj informací pro všechny, kteří se zajímají o procesní management a sjednocení informačních systémů v podnikovém prostředí.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on defining and formalizing the process and organizational structure of HAK Profi company as a basis for constructing and implementing the company's information system, including designing the optimization of this process. Modern methods and technologies will be utilized to create a model based on process analysis and data collection through qualitative interviews with employees. The goal of the thesis is to identify key factors influencing the internal processes of HAK Profi s.r.o. and propose solutions for their optimization. The outputs of this work will enable the improvement of internal processes of HAK Profi s.r.o. and contribute to the successful realization of the project to unify the information system. The thesis uses modern approaches in the field of process management and BPMN language in the Bizagi program to create a highly accurate and detailed model. Overall, this thesis can be considered a valuable source of information for anyone interested in process management and unification of information systems in a corporate environment.
