Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice propagace sociálních služeb, která patří k důležitým složkám marketingu i v oblasti neziskového sektoru. Konkrétně jsem se zabývala neziskovou organizací Armádou spásy v ČR a zařízeními, která zřizuje v rámci města Havířova. Obsahem teoretické části diplomové práce je vývoj a nynější podoba sociálních služeb a jejich základní charakteristika. Dále pak propagace sociálních služeb se zaměřením na propagační proces, prostředky a public relations. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na propagaci sociálních služeb Armády spásy v Havířově. Metodou sběru dat bylo dotazníkové šetření, výzkumný soubor tvořili občané města Havířova, uživatelé a zaměstnanci sociálních služeb Armády spásy v Havířově. Pro zjištění vzájemných souvislostí mezi sledovanými jevy byl použit Test nezávislosti chí ? kvadrát pro kontingenční tabulku.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of promotion of social services, witch are important components of marketing as well as in the non-profit sector. Specifically, I have dealt with non-profit organizations, the Salvation Army in the Czech Republic and devices that will be established within the city Havířov. In the theoretical part of the thesis is the development and the present form of social services and their basic characteristics. Furthermore, the promotion of social services with a focus on the promotion process, resources and public relations. The research part is focused on the promotion of the social services the Salvation Army in Havířov. The method of data collection was a questionnaire survey, the research group consisted of citizens of the city Havířov, users and employees of social services of The Salvation Army in Havířov. To determine the interrelationship between the observed phenomena Test of Independence was used chi - square for the Pivot Table.
