Possibilities and limits of the use of supervision in selected organizations providing social work services in public administration in the Ústí Region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o možnostech a limitech využití supervize ve vybraných organizacích poskytujících sociální služby ve veřejné správě v Ústeckém kraji. Zaobírá se definováním aktérů, funkcí, cílů, typů, forem a etických standardů v supervizi. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, do jaké míry je využíváanaá supervize ve vybraných organizacích spadajících pod veřejnou správu a zároveň definovat možnosti a limity supervize v těchto zařízeních a zdali supervize plní svůj účel. Dále se bude práce zabývat tím, jak je možné využít supervizi jako nástroj prevence negativních vlivů. Jako výzkumná metodaV rámci výzkumu byl povyužit kvalitativní výzkum, konkrétně polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Rozhovory budou dále analyzovány pomocí metody zakotvené teorie. V závěru práce budou veškerá zjištění shrnuta.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities and limits of the use of supervision in selected organizations providing social services in public administration in the Ústí nad Labem region. It deals with the definition of actors, functions, goals, type, forms, and ethical standards in supervision. The research aims to find out to what extent supervision is used in selected organizations falling under public administration and at the same time to define the possibilities and limits of supervision in these facilities and whether supervision fulfills its purpose. Furthermore, the work will deal with how it is possible to use supervision as a tool to prevent negative influences. The research used qualitative research, specifically a semi-structured interview. The interviews will be further analyzed using the method based on anchored theories. In the end, all findings will be summarized.
