Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovním poměrem na dobu určitou. Literární přehled popisuje pracovněprávní vztahy, jejich vznik a zánik, vymezuje pracovní smlouvu a druhy pracovněprávních vztahů. Bachelor thesis is about fixed-term work contract. Literary overview describes work relations, their creation and closure, defines work contracts and types of relations.
