Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je ústavní výchova. V této práci se budu zabývat ústavní výchovou v České republice a také způsoby, jakými děti zvládají tyto stresové situace. U nařízení ústavní výchovy, jsou zde uvedeny důvody, pro které je těmto dětem nařízena ústavní výchova a následně typy ústavních zařízení. V této práci se také blíže věnuji procesu deinstitucionalizace ústavní výchovy, která je aktuální. Vedle systému ústavní výchovy v České republice jsem se rozhodla poznat blíže i systém ústavní výchovy v zahraničí. Pro srovnání jsem si konkrétně vybrala Francii a Slovenskou republiku, kde v těchto kapitolách blíže popisuji systém ústavní výchovy daného státu. Pokusila jsem se zjistit, v čem je systém ústavní výchovy v jednotlivých státech lepší, horší či stejný jako u nás. Práce je čistě teoretická, psána metodou deskripce. Ústavní péče je v současné době opět diskutované téma. Česká republika byla v minulosti dosti kritizována za vysoký počet dětí v ústavních zařízeních. Neustále vznikají rozpory o tom, zda je tato forma péče pro děti ideální. Ovšem jsou děti, které nemají možnost žít v normální fungující rodině, a proto je v zájmu státu, tyto situace co nejlépe vyřešit v souladu s legislativou. V současnosti Česká republika dělá všechny kroky proto, aby byl větší počet dětí v náhradní rodinné péči než v péči ústavní. Děti, které jsou umístěny do ústavní výchovy, jsou obvykle stresovány rodinnou situací, která k umístění do ústavní výchovy vedla, dále pak procesem při umístění a toto trauma může pokračovat i za pobytu v zařízení, protože není řečeno, že se dítě adaptuje na nové prostředí. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé příčiny, které mají dopad na psychiku dítěte a možnosti, díky kterým je možné následkům předejít nebo tyto následky alespoň zmírnit.

Abstract:

The subject of my bachelor's work is the institutional care. In this work I am dealing with the institutional care in the Czech Republic, as well as the manners how children cope with stressful situations. As for the institutional care, herein are mentioned reasons for which these children are ordered to the institutional care and also subsequent types of institutions. In my work I also focus closer on the deinstitutionalization process of the institutional care that is topical. Besides the institutional care system of the Czech Republic, I decided to learn more about the system and institutional care abroad. As for the comparison, I specifically chose France and the Slovak Republic, where in particular chapters are closer described institutional education systems of the above mentioned states. I tried to find out what is, regarding the system of institutional care, in each mentioned country better, worse or the same in comparison with the Czech system. The work is strictly theoretical, written as a description. The institutional care is currently being a discussed topic. In the past, the Czech Republic was fairly criticized for the high number of children under the institutional care. There are continually arisen contradictions whether this form of care is being ideal for children However, there are children who do not have the opportunity to live in a standard working family, therefore it is within the state interest to solve these situations as best as possible, in accordance with the valid legislation. Currently, the Czech Republic arranges all possible steps so that a larger number of children appeared under the foster care than in the institutional one. Children, who are under the institutional care, are usually stressed by family situations that led to the institutional care, then by the process linked with the placement itself and this trauma may even continue for staying in the placement facility because it is not certain that the child can adapt to a new environment . In this work, there are described various causes that may have an impact on the children psyche and options that can reduce or prevent these possible consequences.
