Identification and Risk Assessment in Establishing a New Business Entity

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací a hodnocením rizik při zakládání nového podnikatelského subjektu. Teoretická část se věnuje nejdůležitějším informacím ohledně podniku a podnikání a následně je zde rozebrán pojem riziko a vše s ním spojené. Nakonec jsou zde vysvětleny metody užité v praktické části. Na začátku praktické části je představen vzorový podnik, který je poté použit při identifikaci rizik v odvětví a jejich hodnocení. V závěru praktické části je vytvořena příručka pro podnikatele sloužící k eliminaci rizik při zakládání nového podnikatelského subjektu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the identification and evaluation of risks in the establishing of a new business entity. The theoretical part deals with the most important information about the company and business. Subsequently, the concept of risk and terms associated with it are discussed. The last part of the theoretical part explains the methods used in the practical part. At the beginning of the practical part, a model company is introduced, which is then used to identify risks in the industry and their evaluation. At the end of the practical part, a guide for entrepreneurs is created to eliminate the risks of establishing a new business entity.
