Velká novela soudního řádu správního účinná od 1.1.2012

The big amendment of the Code of administrative justice being in force since January 1st, 2012
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku pojmu správního soudnictví a jejího historického vývoje od dob Rakousko-Uherska po současnou novelu soudního řádu správního. Dále jsou analyzovány změny, které tato novela provedla a jaké dopady pro jednotlivé sféry soudnictví a její účastníky má.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the concept of administrative justice and its historical development from the times of the Austro-Hungarian Empire till the current amendment of the Code of administrative justice. Furthermore are analyzed changed that were made by this amendment and what effects it has on the individual spheres of the judiciary and its participants.
