Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu trhu práce a aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti se zaměřením na absolventy. Cílem práce je analyzovat zaměstnanost a tvorbu pracovních míst pro absolventy a mladistvé bez pracovních zkušeností.
