Abstract:
V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám atypickými zaměstnáními. Tato zaměstnání jsou v posledních letech na vzestupu. Některým zaměstnancům se líbí výhody, které právě atypická zaměstnání nabízí, jako je kratší pracovní doba, práce z domova apod… Tím pádem mají více času na rodinu a na jiné věci. My bachelor thesis explores the topic of atypical employment. This type of employment is becoming increasingly popular in recent years. Employees consider the possibilities that atypical employment offer such as shortened working hours or possibility for a home office as highly advantageous.
