Church of St. Catherine in Ostrava Hrabová - a monument of folk architecture and its renovation after destruction by fire.
Abstract:
Tématem bakalářská práce je původní dřevěný kostel sv. Kateřiny v Ostravě- -Hrabové, který v roce 2002 podlehl ničivému požáru, a jeho následná vědecká rekonstrukce. Cílem práce je zaznamenat stav a podobu objektu před vzniklým požárem a průběh výstavby nového dřevěného kostela sv. Kateřiny v Ostravě-Hrabové.
Abstract:
My Bachelor thesis is the original wooden church of St. Catherine in Ostrava-Hrabová that was burned down by a destructive fire in 2002 and the subsequent research re-enactment of the fire. The aim of the thesis is to record the state and the form of the building before the fire occured and the construction of the new wooden church of St. Catherine in Ostrava-Hrabová.
