Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Snižování režijních nákladů ve firmě je zaměřena na problematiku, která je v současné době velmi aktuální, neboť její správné řešení umožňuje podnikatelským subjektům dosáhnout nezanedbatelnou konkurenční výhodu. Cílem první kapitoly je uvést do problematiky firemních nákladů, a to včetně nákladů režijních. Další kapitola se zabývá řízením režijních nákladů, tj. problematikou rozpočetnictví, středisek, rozpočtů režijních nákladů středisek a vztahem režijních nákladů k řízení po linii výkonů. V praktické části práce je nejprve charakterizována vybraná firma, načež jsou analyzovány rozpočty v této firmě a posléze jsou formulována doporučení k optimalizaci režijních nákladů a tím současně i k jejich snižování.

Abstract:

The bachelor degree thesis entitled „The Reduction of Overhead Costs in a Company“ focuses on issues that are very topical because the appropriate arrangement thereof allows the undertaking entities to get a competitive advantage which is not negligible. The objective of the first chapter is to outline the concept of corporate costs, including overheads. The next chapter deals with the overheads management, i.e. budgetary accounting, centres, overheads budgets allocated to centres, and the relationship of overheads and management in terms of performance. In the practical part of the thesis the author characterizes a company of its choice, analysing budgets of the company, and subsequently formulating recommendations for overheads optimisation and hence reduction thereof.
