Řízení operací v akvakultuře lososů

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá vliv akvakultury atlantického lososa na pět klíčových cílů řízení operací, včetně kvality, spolehlivosti, rychlosti, flexibility, nákladů a celkového dopadu. Hodnocení se provádí pomocí Likertovy stupnice s hodnocením od 1 do 5. Výsledky byly hodnoceny s cílem zjistit rozdíly mezi pobřežními a přímořskými operacemi. Celkově zjištění ukazují, že vliv na akvakulturu atlantického lososa je podobný pro pobřežní i přímořské aktivity, s malou výhodou pro přímořské operace. Nicméně, odchylky zatím nebyly zjištěny v rámci konkrétních cílů výkonnosti.

Abstract:

This Bachelor's thesis examines the impact of inshore and offshore Atlantic Salmon Aquaculture on the five key performance objectives of operations management, including quality, dependability, speed, flexibility, cost, and overall impact. The assessment of the different implements a Likert scale with ratings ranging from 1 to 5. The outcomes were evaluated to see any differences between offshore and inshore operations. Overall, the findings show that the influence on Atlantic salmon aquaculture is similar for inshore and offshore activities, with offshore operations having a minor advantage. Nevertheless, deviations have yet to be discovered within the specific performance objectives.
