Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Ochrana spotřebitele” se zabývá problematikou ochrany spotřebitele z historického hlediska po současnost a její ukotvení v legislativě České republiky. Předkládá instituce a instituty k ochraně spotřebitele. Nejvýznamnější je poslední část práce, ve které lze nalézt postupy od reklamace vadného zboží či služeb po podání soudní žaloby, práce obsahuje i vzory dopisů.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis “Consumer´s Protection” focuses on problematics from history up to present time and its anchor in the legislation system of the Czech Republic. Thesis points out the institutions and institutes which serve to protect consumer.
