Abstract:

Předmětem absolventské práce „Druhy a využití komunikace v práci personalisty“ je jednak popis komunikace při pohovoru z pohledu personalisty, tak i z pohledu budoucího pracovníka. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty druhy komunikace a řeč těla. V praktické části je analýza odpovědí studentů a pracujících lidí, na otázky týkající se pohovoru a jeho přípravy.

Abstract:

The subjekt of the thesis „Types and Application of Communication in the Work of a Human Resource Manager“ is the description of communication during a job interwiew, seen from the perspectives of a Human Resource Manager and the future employee.The theoretical part provides a summary of types of communication and the body language.The practical part analyzes results obtained from a survey conducted among students and employees of different companies focusing on the subject of job interviews and their preparation.
