Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zaměřuje na téma náboru dobrovolníků. Jejím cílem je popsat strategie, které vybrané neziskové organizace využívají k náboru dobrovolníků, identifikovat současné trendy v této oblasti a úskalí, která neziskovým organizacím v získávání nových dobrovolníků brání. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty různé aspekty náboru dobrovolníků, jeho možného plánování a následné realizace. Praktická část, při níž byla použita metoda případové studie, představuje současný nábor dobrovolníků a jeho specifika v daném kontextu u tří konkrétních dobrovolnických center. V práci jsou představeny příklady dobré praxe, vliv mimořádných událostí na získávání nových dobrovolníků, i bariéry, které v současnosti efektivitu náboru z pohledu dobrovolnických center snižují.

Abstract:

This graduation thesis focuses on the topic of recruiting volunteers. It aims to describe the strategies that selected non-profit organizations use to recruit volunteers and to identify the current trends in this area and barriers that prevent non-profit organizations from recruiting new volunteers. The theoretical part summarizes various aspects of volunteer recruitment and its possible planning and implementation. The practical part, in which the case study method was used, presents the current recruitment of volunteers and its specifics in the given context of three volunteer centres. Finally, the thesis presents examples of good practice, the impact of emergencies on the recruitment of new volunteers, as well as barriers that currently reduce the effectiveness of recruitment from the perspective of volunteer centres.
