Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na systém získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Správa železnic, státní organizace. Analyzuje a vyhodnocuje současný stav u společnosti Správa železnic, státní organizace a zároveň se zabývá možnými návrhy na změny a doporučení ke zlepšení procesu získávání zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
The work thesis describes the system of hiring of new employees in Sprava zeleznic, state organization. It analyzes and evaluates the current status and suggests possible areas for improvement and further development of the process.
