Abstract:
Projekt zahrnuje polyfunkční bytové domy, které jsou umístěny na parcele jako jeden blok. Prostor mezi nimi je veřejný, sloužící, jako průchod nebo park. Bytové domy jsou třípodlažní, počet bytových jednotek v jednom bytovém domě je osm. Garáže jsou umístěny v přízemí. Výstupem diplomové práce je projektová dokumentace pro provádění stavby.
