Abstract:

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je téma nucených sterilizací romských žen na území Československa a České republiky v letech 1966 až 2010. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zmapovat historii a současné vypořádání s důsledky nucené sterilizace na našem území v letech 1966-2010, jakým způsobem byly ovlivněny oběti na rovině sociální, fyzické i psychické. Jedná se o teoreticko-aplikační práci. V teoretické části mé práce se věnuji tématice romských žen, sterilizace a procesu odškodnění. Aplikační část práce tvoří kvalitativní výzkum, který byl realizován metodou obsahové analýzy sekundárních dat.

Abstract:

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the topic of forced sterilization of Roma women in Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic from 1966 to 2010. The main goal of this thesis is to map the history of forced sterilisation and the current situation concerning retributions from forced sterilisation in our area during the years 1966 through 2010 and also map how affected were the victims on the social, physical and psychological levels, and what aftereffects it might have had on them. This is a theoretical-application bachelor's thesis. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on Roma women, sterilisation process, and the process of retributions for the victims. The application part of the thesis is qualitative research, which is done by the method of content analysis of secondary data.
